Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?
Products sold directly by Array Home Collections are purchased from authorized companies. Some of the products are also covered under a manufacturer warranty.
We also offer a standard 7-day return policy for eligible items in case you need to make a return.
To return any items bought on Array Home Collections, ensure the item is in line with the Return Policy conditions. All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.
How will the delivery be done?
We process most of our deliveries through a Delivery Courier Firm. We recommend you pre-pay to Array Home Collections ATM or cash deposit/transfer for your order to take advantage of our Buyer Protection Program.
Some deliveries may also be processed through reputed couriers (there is no added cost to this).
What is the estimated delivery time?
The standard delivery time is 7 days however, this may vary by location and even product.

Does Array Home deliver internationally?

You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional dispatch charges.
The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all-inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.
Can my order be delivered the same day I order?
Yes, it can, however, this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. You can identify such products at checkout.
