This product contains 6” cleaver, made with high-carbon German steel and polypropylene handles. It has built-in antimicrobial product protection, which inhibits odour and stain-causing bacteria, mould and mildew. Although this protection is good for the life of the product, it does not protect against foodborne bacteria. Always clean the product thoroughly after each use. Also, these knives are sharp, so handle carefully and do not leave within children’s reach.

Ideal for cutting through thick cuts of meats.
